Processing Your Order:
We aim to get your order ready to ship within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding UK holidays).
During busy times, it might take a little longer, but we'll keep you updated.
You'll get an email when your order is packed and ready to go.

Where We Ship:
We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Australia, France, and Hungary. You'll see the full list at checkout.
If your country isn't there, please contact us, and we'll see what we can do.

Shipping Times & Costs:
How much shipping costs and how long it takes depends on where you are and the shipping option you pick at checkout.
Here are the estimated delivery times after we send your order (these are just estimates and can be affected by things like postal delays or customs):
UK Standard: 5-15 business days
International Standard: 7-24 business days (can vary a lot by country and customs)

Shipping Costs Explained:
Shipping costs are based on how much your order costs, where it's going, and the shipping speed you choose.
You'll see the total shipping cost before you pay.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number (if your shipping method has tracking).
You can use that number on the shipping company's website to see where your order is.

International Orders - Important Info:
If you're outside the UK, your order might have extra charges like import fees, taxes, or handling fees from your country's customs.
PurrLux doesn't cover these fees. You'll be responsible for paying them when your order arrives.
We suggest checking with your local customs office to see what these charges might be before you order.
We can't control or speed up customs processes.

Delivery Problems:
Address Error?
Please double-check your address when you order. If it's wrong and your order gets delivered there, we're not responsible. If it gets sent back to us, you'll need to pay for us to resend it.
Lost or Damaged Items? If your order gets lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of when it was supposed to arrive. We'll work with the shipping company to figure it out and find a solution for you (like a replacement or refund, after we investigate). Please send us photos of any damage to the box and the items.

Digital Product Delivery:
For digital products (such as downloadable artwork, e-books, or patterns), you will receive access to download your files via email shortly after your payment is confirmed. This email will contain a direct download link or instructions on how to access your purchase through your PurrLux account. Please ensure you provide a valid email address during checkout. Delivery of digital products is typically immediate or within a few hours of successful payment. No physical shipping is involved for digital products.
